Ella Todd Interiors creates deeply considered, quietly extraordinary homes for discerning clients throughout New Mexico. Every selection deliberate. Every detail felt.
Lisa Todd is an Albuquerque-based residential interior designer who approaches every home as a deeply personal commission. Her signature is restraint with intention — spaces that feel effortlessly composed, where every finish, every fixture, and every layer of light has been chosen with both the eye and the life of the client in mind.
Her own 6,000 square foot North Albuquerque Acres estate — designed in its entirety, from seven uniquely conceived bathrooms to a comprehensive smart lighting system — was selected for feature in Su Casa Magazine.
"They say lighting is like jewelry, and that is exactly how I thought of it — each fixture a considered piece, chosen for the room it inhabits." — Lisa Todd, Ella Todd Interiors

We don't design rooms. We design the way light falls on a Sunday morning. The way a kitchen feels when your family gathers. The way you feel walking through your own front door.
Before a single selection is made, we study how you live — your rituals, your rhythms, your family, your light. The design follows from that understanding, never the other way around.
The most powerful rooms know what to leave out. We edit constantly — pulling back until only what is essential remains. That is where luxury lives: in the negative space, in the breath between objects.
We treat lighting as the most important material in any room. Layered, considered, and always specified to serve the moment — morning coffee, candlelit dinner, quiet evening. Never just to illuminate.
We source exclusively from the finest trade vendors and specify materials of exceptional quality — because a home designed with this level of care should only deepen in beauty with the years.
We work with a carefully selected number of clients each year, ensuring every project receives our complete attention from first conversation through final installation.
"Lisa had a clear vision of what she wanted — including her specific interior design requests, which she managed herself — wanting a different look for each of the seven bathrooms, from the paint color to the tiles to the lighting and plumbing fixtures."

We accept a limited number of new projects each year. We would love to hear about your home and how we might work together.
